All prices are PER NIGHT. The minimum stay is 3 nights and there is a charge for cleaning for stays of 5 nights or less. The rates are inclusive of all utilities, cable TV and local phone service. A pre paid phone card can be purchased locally to make long distance & international calls. Ask us when you get here & we’ll tell you how.

Your home will have fresh bed linens and towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Some homes offer extra towels for the pool area – check when you book. Many homes offer crib, high chair and stroller as part of their package – check the individual home details or ask us!

Pool Heating

Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate and is only available from October to May. The rate depends on the supply to the individual home. It's best to book in advance of your visit to allow us to have the pool warmed up before you arrive, but if you decide to have it turned once you get here, that's not a problem – we just ask $10 surcharge to come out & set it up for you.
