Managing Your Property

• Our attention to detail begins long before you even enter your new home. We provide the following services:
• Securing registration with the State of Florida tax authorities.
  Obtaining a hotel/motel license.
  Installing inter-linked smoke detectors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, dead locks and all required signage.
  Arranging for all utilities, including water and electricity to be connected and deposits to be paid.
  Arranging cable TV and telephone service to be connected.
  Ensuring that home furnishings and equipment are installed and inventoried.
  Once a home is in our property management system, we will continue to provide the following services:
• Ensuring bills are paid.
  Arranging for pool, garden and pest control service on a regular basis.
  Arranging for the property to be completely cleaned, bed linens washed and changed and toilets sanitized after each rental party vacates.
  Managing and maintaining a reservation system for the property.
  Providing 24-hour emergency service.
  Providing check-in facilities for guests as required by Florida law.
  Arranging for ongoing maintenance and for any necessary repairs or renovations.
